Shipping
We aim to ship the same day you order on in stock items and items in stock at FOT warehouses. For in stock items cut-off is 3:00PM. Certain warehouses have different cut-off times for shipping orders. Please call for daily cut-off times.

All standard shipments will be shipped UPS PPA or collect on customer account. For freight or local delivery, we offer courier/LTL service PPA. All collect Freight/LTL shipments must be coordinated by the customer to be picked up from our warehouse.

Our company policy does not allow us to contact 3rd party shippers. Customer is responsible for arranging shipment with a third party when shipment is ready. This does not apply to UPS small package shipments.

FOT ensures all customer orders are secure. All catalog orders placed online are secured using a USERTrust RSA SSL Certificate. All credit card and order information are processed securely. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
